Termos de Uso do Silkie Player

Versão de 8 de outubro de 2026 (seção 4: dados da conta Roku). Valem para o canal Silkie Player para Roku e para o serviço de configuração que ele usa.

O essencial. O Silkie Player é um reprodutor. Ele não contém canais, filmes nem séries. A lista é fornecida por quem lhe deu o acesso, ou cadastrada por você. Nós não hospedamos, não transmitimos e não vendemos o conteúdo das listas, e você só deve usar listas que tem o direito de assistir.

1. Aceitação

Ao instalar ou usar o Silkie Player, você concorda com estes termos e com a Política de Privacidade. Se não concordar, não use o aplicativo.

2. O que é o Silkie Player

Um aplicativo que reproduz listas nos formatos M3U e Xtream Codes: canais ao vivo, filmes e séries, com favoritos, busca, legendas e faixas de áudio quando a fonte os oferece.
O aplicativo não traz lista, canal ou conteúdo embutido. Sem uma lista, ele não exibe nada.
A lista chega ao aparelho de dois modos: liberada no painel do Silkie Player por quem lhe deu o acesso, ou cadastrada por você na TV, com o controle remoto.
Durante a reprodução, a TV se conecta direto ao servidor indicado na lista. Nós não hospedamos, não transmitimos, não gravamos e não produzimos esse conteúdo, e não temos controle sobre ele.

3. Conteúdo e direitos

O conteúdo das listas é de responsabilidade de quem o oferece e de quem o usa. Use somente listas e conteúdos que você tem o direito de acessar.
É proibido usar o aplicativo para violar direitos autorais, direitos de terceiros ou a lei.
Não verificamos, não endossamos e não garantimos a legalidade, a qualidade ou a disponibilidade de nenhuma lista.
Se recebermos notificação fundamentada de uso ilícito ligado a um aparelho, podemos suspender o acesso desse aparelho ao nosso serviço de configuração.

4. Suas listas e seus dados de acesso

Os dados que você digita (servidor, usuário e senha do seu provedor) são seus. Você responde pela veracidade deles e por mantê-los em sigilo.
A lista reserva que você cadastra fica no aparelho, e uma cópia cifrada fica no nosso servidor, como explica a Política de Privacidade. Você pode removê-la quando quiser, na TV.
A troca automática para a lista reserva acontece quando a principal não responde, e a volta para a principal também é automática.
No primeiro cadastro de lista, a Roku pergunta, numa tela dela, se você quer compartilhar com o Silkie Player o e-mail e o nome da sua conta Roku. Compartilhar é opcional e não muda nada no funcionamento do aplicativo. Se você aceitar, usamos esses dados só para o atendimento, como explica a Política de Privacidade (seção 3.7), e você pode pedir a exclusão a qualquer momento.

5. Preço e pagamentos

O canal Silkie Player para Roku é gratuito. Ele não vende nada, não processa pagamentos e não exibe anúncios.

6. Disponibilidade

O aplicativo e o serviço de configuração são oferecidos no estado em que se encontram. Trabalhamos para mantê-los funcionando, mas pode haver interrupções, e o funcionamento de cada lista depende do servidor de quem a fornece, que não controlamos. Podemos alterar, suspender ou encerrar funções do aplicativo, avisando com antecedência quando a mudança for relevante.

7. Limitação de responsabilidade

Na máxima extensão permitida pela lei, não respondemos pelo conteúdo das listas, pela indisponibilidade dos servidores de terceiros nem por danos indiretos decorrentes do uso do aplicativo. Nada nestes termos afasta direitos que o Código de Defesa do Consumidor lhe garante.

8. Roku

A Roku, Inc. não é parte destes termos e não é responsável pelo Silkie Player nem pelo seu conteúdo. "Roku" é marca da Roku, Inc.

9. Mudanças nestes termos

Quando estes termos mudarem, a data no topo será atualizada. Continuar usando o aplicativo depois da mudança significa concordar com a nova versão.

10. Lei aplicável e contato

Silkie Player Terms of Use

Version of October 8, 2026 (section 4: Roku account data). Apply to the Silkie Player channel for Roku and to the configuration service it uses.

The essentials. Silkie Player is a media player. It does not include any channels, movies or series. The playlist is provided by whoever gave you access, or entered by you. We do not host, stream or sell the content of any playlist, and you should only use playlists you have the right to watch.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Silkie Player you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What Silkie Player is

An app that plays playlists in M3U and Xtream Codes formats: live channels, movies and series, with favorites, search, subtitles and audio tracks when the source provides them.
The app ships with no playlist, channel or content. Without a playlist it shows nothing.
A playlist reaches the device in one of two ways: enabled in the Silkie Player panel by whoever gave you access, or entered by you on the TV with the remote.
During playback the TV connects directly to the server listed in the playlist. We do not host, stream, record or produce that content, and we have no control over it.

3. Content and rights

Playlist content is the responsibility of those who offer it and those who use it. Only use playlists and content you have the right to access.
Using the app to infringe copyright, third-party rights or the law is prohibited.
We do not verify, endorse or guarantee the legality, quality or availability of any playlist.
If we receive a substantiated notice of unlawful use linked to a device, we may suspend that device's access to our configuration service.

4. Your playlists and your access details

The details you enter (your provider's server, username and password) are yours. You are responsible for their accuracy and for keeping them confidential.
The backup playlist you add is stored on the device, and an encrypted copy is kept on our server, as explained in the Privacy Policy. You can remove it at any time on the TV.
The app switches to the backup playlist automatically when the main one does not respond, and switches back automatically as well.
The first time you add a playlist, Roku asks, on its own screen, whether you want to share your Roku account e-mail and name with Silkie Player. Sharing is optional and changes nothing in how the app works. If you agree, we use this data for customer support only, as explained in the Privacy Policy (section 3.7), and you may ask for deletion at any time.

5. Price and payments

The Silkie Player channel for Roku is free. It sells nothing, processes no payments and shows no ads.

6. Availability

The app and the configuration service are provided "as is". We work to keep them running, but interruptions may happen, and each playlist depends on its provider's server, which we do not control. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, giving advance notice when a change is significant.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for playlist content, for the unavailability of third-party servers, or for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted to you by Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.

8. Roku

Roku, Inc. is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for Silkie Player or its content. "Roku" is a trademark of Roku, Inc.

9. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top will be updated. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new version.

10. Governing law and contact
